Now there are about 40 pandas in the center. A Panda Volunteer Program is provided. Some of the tasks that volunteers may do include feeding the pandas or helping the panda take a cool bath (extra fee requires). The Valley is also a tourist attraction with integration of leisure, holiday- making, and recreation. A physical examination is required if you apply the Panda Volunteer Program. You can hike in the valley to enjoy the fresh air if time is possible. Bifengxia Safari Park is a must see attraction, as it is the first one based on the zoology of China. Shaojia bridge totally longs 69.5km and the total cost is 13.9 billion yuan. It is the largest Infrastructure projects in Shaoxing and also the world-class bridge. After the bridge opened, shaoxing to shanghai's drive shortened to 1.5 hours. Go to Shaoxing by Jiashao Bridge which is the longest and widest multi-pylon cable stayed bridge in the world. Visit Shenyuan Garden which is a private garden built in the Southern Song Dynasty and now it is a historical monument under provincial protection. Inside the garden, there is a pool in the shape of a gourd, stone bridges, and artificial hills by the pond and wells.
